The Activity Page in Weberlo allows you to track and analyze the complete customer journey of a single user. This powerful feature provides deep insights into how users interact with your website, from the moment they land to their final conversion.

Three Tabs in the Activity Page

The Activity Page categorizes users into three groups based on their interactions:

  1. Visitors
    • People who have interacted with your website but have not submitted a form or made a purchase.
  2. Leads
    • Visitors who have filled out a form and left their email address but have not yet made a purchase.
  3. Customers
    • Visitors who have completed a purchase, becoming paying customers.

How It Works

  1. Search for a Lead or Customer
    • Use the search bar to find users by their email address.
    • Instantly pull up their complete interaction history.
  2. Analyze the Customer Journey
    • View all recorded interactions in chronological order.
    • Identify where a user first landed and which pages contributed to their conversion.
  3. Optimize Your Marketing Efforts
    • Understand which ads, pages, and campaigns are driving conversions.
    • Detect drop-off points and improve user engagement.
