The Weberlo Chrome Extension allows you to seamlessly track leads, sales and orders directly within Facebook Ads Manager. Follow the steps below to set up and use the extension.
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click Add to Chrome → Add Extension.
- Once installed, you should see the Weberlo icon in your extensions toolbar.
- Open Facebook Ads Manager.
- Go to the Ads Page (this extension currently works only on the Ads page).
IMPORTANT: If you’re on the Campaigns or Ad Sets page, switch to the Ads tab.
- Click on the Weberlo Chrome Extension icon in your browser toolbar.

- Select the workspace you want to use.
- Click Load Data to sync Weberlo with Ads Manager.
- Once the data loads, refresh the Ads Manager page.
- This ensures the new custom columns appear correctly.
- Click the Columns dropdown in Ads Manager.
- Select Customize Columns.

- Scroll to the Custom Metrics section.
- Ensure Weberlo Sales and Weberlo Orders are checked.

- Click Apply.
- Check if the Weberlo Sales and Weberlo Orders columns are now visible in Ads Manager.
- If you don’t see them, open the Weberlo extension again and click Load Data one more time.
🎯 You’re all set! Now, your Weberlo sales and order data should be integrated with Facebook Ads Manager.
- Columns not appearing? Try refreshing the page and reloading data from the extension.
- Extension not working? Ensure you’re on the Ads page in Ads Manager.
