Setting the Timezone

The timezone in your workspace should match the timezone of your ad account. This is crucial because:

  • Reports are generated based on the selected timezone.
  • Ad spend data in Weberlo must align with your ad platform to prevent discrepancies.
  • Leads and conversions tracked in Weberlo should match those in your CRM or cart system.

Failing to set the correct timezone may result in mismatched data across platforms.

Setting the Currency

The currency you select in your workspace settings determines how all purchase values are displayed.

  • Weberlo automatically converts all transactions into the selected currency.
  • Setting the correct currency ensures accurate financial reporting.

Upgrading Your Plan

To access additional features, you can upgrade your Weberlo plan:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Billing & Plans section.
  3. Select the plan that fits your needs and follow the payment instructions.

Adding Team Members

Collaborate efficiently by adding team members to your workspace:

  1. Open Workspace Settings.
  2. Click on Team Members.
  3. Invite new members by entering their email addresses and assigning roles.
